Bug Report: Regenerated responses ignore "Ask ChatGPT" highlighted context
`Steps to Reproduce`
  1. Select part of a generated response and click "Ask ChatGPT".
  2. With that selection attached to the response, ask "What part did I highlight here?"
  3. Regenerate the reply (regularly, or by choosing "Use Thinking" or "Search the web")
`Expected Result`

Both versions of the response should correctly recognize what part was highlighted.

`Actual Result`

The first reply correctly identifies the highlighted text, but the regenerated one fails to see the highlighted context and says it doesn't know what part was highlighted.

Example: https://chatgpt.com/share/6a6286f9-98b8-83ea-8138-946137d9265d

`Environment`

Firefox 145.0 on Arch Linux, ChatGPT app version 1.2026.183 (28920060946) on iOS 26.5

I hope this is fixed! Suggesting a workaround I use to tide us over until it is fixed,

I copy/paste and quote it, putting it in my input, and discuss with the model what it had said.
