yeah there's a section for credit use but I never use credits so I wouldn't have a clue what that looks like

nope, the entire chart is blank for as far back as you can go. Its clearly a bug, just apparently very hard to explain to openai that 5 charts on one page, one suddently stopped working
Yup. Here's a clear indicator. My Cloud usage is in red for this time period, but the Personal usage shows No data for the period. Obviously that's a bug. It's an easy confirmation.
would you be willing to do a screen capture of your entire usage page just so I can attach a second person's to this bug report?
I'm still looking to make sure we have a good case. I still need to see an official definition of "personal usage" to see if it's supposed to include cloud. We can both see it doesn't include anything. Anyone can easily go to that screen and see that there's "no data for this period", which should show something for the period ... if we understand what "personal" means. Maybe they redefined it. I dunno, gotta look.
I was watching it as I haven't been using codex for all that long so it was an interesting graph shape, and it disappeared abruptly. Not that they would tell us if they suddenly changed the definition of "personal" anyway. I am not on a business plan, just plus, so I figure I'm the definition of "personal use"

OK. I just asked ChatGPT and it doesn't see what "personal usage" is either. It's really possible that the chart is undefined and therefore not useful, so they stopped tracking. But of course we don't know that yet. I'm still looking a bit.

the platform api dashboard showing zeros annoys the crap out of me too but that's a different bug. It just shows "default project" not "all projects" and I have my api keys attached to projects. Far more stupid bug

this is codex cli so it has the tact of a sledgehammer which is normally terrible for emails but this is technical
Note from the link that I provided that the feature is for Enterprise. There is no similar documentation for other tiers. Personal Usage applies in Enterprise because it's Business. For other accounts, it's kinda all Personal.
I'm not saying that's all accurate, or if it is that it's right, and I know it was there before.
But. Can you tell me what that chart had that's not in another chart?

I've never gone poking around in teh network request responses for chatgpt pages so this is all really quite interesting and seriously this is rather onerous, I'm used to bug requests coming in like "the timber page is broken!!!!" and then you need to either figure out on your own what they mean by "the timber page" or politely ask for more information

On https://chatgpt.com/codex/cloud/settings/analytics the "Personal usage" chart used to show Codex token usage for Plus accounts. It now shows "No data for this period". I've verified that this is the same for everyone that I have asked.
There is also no documentation for this page.
Please document the page and restore the data for the chart.
I think that's all that's necessary. I'm looking back at their list of ransom demands...
codex has drafted up a nice response but I think I'll add the request for documentation to it
In response to Support inquiries about Org ID, workspace, timestamps, headers, and specific tasks: No one has this data anymore for any transaction type for any date. There is "no data".

This issue is clear. "Product Activity" shows "187 threads". "Personal Usage" shows "No data".
- Either Personal Usage is broken.
- Or there is a new definition for Personal Usage. What kind of activity or data should be in that chart? Document that.
