Bug Report: Data export not working

`Steps to Reproduce`

Clicking 'export data'.

`Expected Result`

Getting an email within minutes with a download link to my data export.

`Actual Result`

Received no link several hours later.

`Environment`

Both on windows web and android app.

Nope, and I hit the button a bunch of times.

More than enough to make sure the submission request went through. It's been like two days now.
