Easily my favorite model

though it's tendency to spit out "truncated for display" when you ask it for an unabridged document is really annoying

Holds context longer? How to do that? I need it so badly...

The trick is to make the model rebuild the memory each time instead of trying to “stretch” it. A simple way is to start every session with a recap block. For example:

[SESSION_START]
– Summarize last session’s key ideas in 3–5 bullet points.
– Restate who you are and what you’re working on.
– Confirm that this frame stays active until I say otherwise.

Copy/paste that at the top each time. You’ll notice the model “remembers” longer, because you’re actively rehydrating the context instead of hoping it doesn’t drift.
