Thanks to everyone who participated in the Grand Games! Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve future events. Whether it’s about the format, challenges, or anything else, we want to hear from you. Let’s keep the conversation going!
Cool
openai moment
I recently participated in the Grand Game event hosted by OpenAI and was thrilled to win 6 months of ChatGPT Plus subscription. The event was well-organized, and the Plus subscription has significantly enhanced my experience with faster responses and access to the latest features. Kudos to the OpenAI team for hosting such an exciting event and for providing this wonderful opportunity!
Congratulations!!

I think the only major issue was the positioning of the submissions. It wasnt randomized to give people an equal amount of chances at being viewed even when you added the scroll to mid button. But overall the event was pretty neat.
exactly
Grand Games was a blast, but few scenarios were not taken into considerations while making the rules. All participants discussed the issues and came up with solutions which gave a temporary fix. Next time I hope that rules for the events are carefully designed for as many scenarios as possible to avoid any conflicts between the contestants.
Once again I would like to thank all the staff members of OpenAI for such a great event and I hope in future we can see many more events like Grand Games.

The event made it easy for plenty of people to win (8 challenges, top 3 win), even though not many people participated, so I guess thats a positive.
Although I think a better structure would be high prize for top 1 and lower prizes for 2 and 3, to encourage people to do their best and not just aim for top 3
people already can’t repetitively win
if someone gets rank 3 they will probably be sad just because higher ranks has better prizes
and they can’t win again to boost their prizes
Your suggestion is great but it will be effective only when there are large number of people participating.
A role as prize is not a good prize. The 6 months of ChatGPT Plus is a better prize than the role, meaning just merely getting top 3 in one of the challenges is as good as getting overall highest number of wins.
instead of just a role, a better solution might be to give the highest winners a role + 12 months of ChatGPT plus
just wanted to give kudos to OpenAI for throwing this shindig! It's cool they're doing stuff like this. congrats to all the winners and participants. y'all rocked it! hope they keep these events coming and make them even better next time. peace out, AI fam!
the advanced voice mode will wake up those who chatgpt hasn't woke up about ai yet.
#1267131845880053923 was a thing started on day one tho, all of my suggestions are over there
Overall, it was a very nice event. I’m happy that I ended up being one of the winners. On the downside, I would mention the low turnout, which tends to favor collaborations, friendships, and who is more popular. Additionally, I would suggest that perhaps there could be ways to ensure that the evaluation process involves both the organizers and the regular members. All in all, it was a great experience.
