#Active Premium not registering

Steps to reproduce:
None really just logging into my account t.

Expected result:
Premium access to gpt4 and 4o

Actual result:
Informs me that I am free tier and need to subscribe to premium in order to use premium features now.

Browser: Google chrome
OS: windows latest

I’ve seen some posts about this but no resolution. I’ve had premium forever and continue to pay for it, but just yesterday I started getting a notification that I’m on free tier and locked out of gpt4 etc ? Is there a fix for this? I’ve tried logging out and restarting but it keeps registering me as a free tier user despite having an active premium subscription

It doesn’t look like there’s any charge but it should have automatically renewed and done so.

No strangely I just have payment, billing, and invoice sections. Nothing appears for me above that where you have current plan.

I see! If I had to guess, I'd speculate that something happened at the time of renewal causing it to fail, especially since you don't see a charge in your bank account. Since no money has been charged, you might try resubscribing. If it fails again, you at least might have a little more info as to what could be going wrong, and if it works, maybe you'll be good to go again. If you had been charged but it didn't reflect in your account, I'd think it was a different kind of bug, but thankfully that doesn't seem to be the case here!
