Does not respond when asked question, has responded after page reload

chatgtp will not respond when I ask a question however after I reload the page it appears to have answered the question?

But as for troubleshooting: can you try in a private/incognito window with all browser extensions disabled?

strange yea it works in an incognito window, do you think its grammerly?

It could be, yes! Maybe try clearing your browser cache in a normal window, then disabling all your extensions. If it works, try enabling them one at a time and refresh in between each one, might help see where the problem is coming from.

hmm, that doesnt work, cleared browser data, and turned off all the extensions, still works in incognito, and I also turned on all the extensions for incognito use and it works fine also, main browser still doesnt work

When you disabled extensions and cleared the cache, did you close the browser completely and then reopen it? Would probably be best to disable extensions before clearing the cache too.
