Hello,

Images generated on chat.openai.com are always cut off on the sides. I cannot use DALL-E directly on labs.openai.com despite my OpenAIPlus subscription.
If anyone can enlighten me on these two points, thank you.

This happens to everyone at the moment. Sometimes asking to refine the image helps.

asking to refine generates another image, it is not possible to regenerate the same image is it?

you can try with gen_id and seed, but that doesn't work 100%
