I don't have VPN. I tried all browsers, safari, edge, chrome, firefox.

It's an issue with my account.

I saw history on my phone app, albeit with a big 5 day gap since this problem started.

As a test, I'm wondering if you could try a little network troubleshooting. Could you try:

• Enabling a hotspot on your iPhone
• Connecting to this network on your computer
• Open a private tab and sign in fresh (to avoid any potential cookie/cache interference)
• And try again there?
  It could help determine if it's network or device related, if it happens not to be an account issue.

@craggy tree i'm pretty sure the issue here is that there's an encoding issue with some of your conversation's titles. (we're parsing utf-8, and something has output utf-16) i've shared this with my team and will try and get a fix out. one thing you can do to unblock yourself, although this is extreme, is to "Clear all chats" in your user settings. this will permanently delete all your history, but future chats would show up correctly.

Just want to confirm you have looked into my account? I am guessing you could because the photo I uploaded did contain the account number? How else do you know it's realted to encoding?

I have a lot of chats. I will wait for a fix for a couple of days.

The phone app stores history, so you'll see that saved history even if it's failing to refresh the conversation history from the server. You'll also see any conversations started as text conversations in the app, because it saves them to its list at that time. I have the same bug, but only with the app. When I open the sidebar the first time, or when I swipe down to refresh the sidebar, I get a toast of "An error has occurred. Please try again later." In the browser, it's working fine. I even scrolled all the way down to my first conversation to see if it would break, and it didn't.
