Hello, I am trying to use the GPT to create my custom chat, but I am receiving a lot of errors and issues. Errors like 500, 404, 403 and so many more.
I would like to know if we have some documentation to read more about it, document limits, how the knowledge should be structured, and things like that.

I tested two different source documents and it failed miserably, then I tested a simple .txt and it worked, but now the only thing that it returns from my custom GPT is Hmm...something seems to have gone wrong.

Do we have any GPT/OpenAI developer that could help me?

I tested big and small files (around 1 megabyte and 250 megabytes)

Hello! Not an OpenAI dev, but just wondering about where you're running into the errors specifically. In the GPT builder, are you attaching knowledge files to the "Create" chat, or uploading them directly in the "Configure" section?

This FAQ article provides some insight into # and size limits of knowledge files. The short version is: up to 10 files, up to 512MB each.

I will take a look at this, thank you so much.
And yes, I was checking the console from Chrome and the network tab, both of them are raising errors.
And yes, I tried to upload it through the Configura section.

I don't think so, I believe there are a few spots they didn't test yet, and I would like to help them out.

I read this - but cant still understand how a CSV file , PDF file or a document file will make sense to the GPTBuilder without a context
