Facing the same issue, this delays development with GPT-4 by 1 month. Is there a way to get around this, maybe spend like 50$? Also I really do not understand why wait for 1 month before giving access to the model. Isn't it better if we get charged as we use it, let's say per 10$ basis or some fixed amount same as meta ads are doing it?
