I got a new lead generation tool I'm going to be launching. I've already collected all the data and now just working out the flask app in terms of design and connecting payment processing. Here's how it works:

  1. Keyword and Location-Based Search: The tool harnesses specific keywords and locations to delve into the Google Places API, unearthing the most comprehensive directory of active businesses worldwide.
    2. Data Compilation: After identifying businesses that match your search criteria, the tool compiles these prospective leads into an easily accessible database.
    3. Website Scraping & Email Collection: Next, our tool visits the websites of these identified businesses to collect pivotal email addresses and scrape pertinent information.
    4. AI-Powered Summaries: To facilitate better understanding of your leads, our tool employs OpenAI's GPT technology, generating succinct summaries about each new lead.
    5. Personalized Outreach: Our tool utilizes the same AI technology to carefully craft emails that resonate with each target company's unique profile and requirements.
    6. Bulk Emailing System: Finally, the carefully personalized emails are sent in bulk to your new leads via a dependable SMTP system, ensuring your outreach hits the mark every time.

This is also going to include the api side of openai for the sculpting of emails and learning more about leads.

So, this would be for web development cold contact lead generation?

Could be. Not exclusive to web development. I have a few clients on just the initial python scripts in various industries (Metal fab, cleaning services, locksmith, etc.) Cold contact lead generation is correct though. Also doubles as a directory for businesses as well. In the photo, I ran a lighthouse script against all the leads and sculpted a custom cold contact alerting them to failed audits along with a general meetup sales pitch.

Would I be able to get a better demo of the program? I'm just a bit confused as to what it does

@bronze bronze I’d like to try this out. I plan events professionally and find myself having to email 30 to 40 venues, 5 swag vendors, 5 printing shops, and 5 photographers every time I plan an event in a new city.

this workflow automation looks perfect for my use case.

Would love to test once live!
