Tried everything to fix it, writing to support, open/close, logout, create new session, create new chat, clear cookies etc. Is there any way to repair it?

If it was the VPN you would have been blocked before entering the ChatGPT website.

You probably have other things interfering like NordVPN protective services blocking recurces that is neccesery for ChatGPT to work.

Can you press F12(depends on the browser you are using) to open the elements tab and send a screenshot or a clip from the blocked recorces.
