Bug Report:

Steps to reproduce:
I ask chat-gtp4 default to update a code with the new changes provided.

Expected result:
I expected it to add a few lines of code not too much.

Actual result:
I get infinite response with the cut off at same place everytime so if I do not stop him he wil go on and on again. Usually he cut off with this response before he start again: "$('#I apologize for the cut-off again. Here's the complete form.php:" When I stop him and try again chat get confused and try to use a scrapper plugin when I use default version chat-gpt4
