#UI is telling me to upgrade even though I pay for Plus

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Be logged in to my account, or maybe any account that pays for Plus.
  2. Ensure account is in good standing.
  3. In the sidebar, at the bottom, note the button that says "Renew Plus".
  4. Click that button.
  5. Note that it says the Free Plan is "Your current plan".
  6. Click the "Upgrade Plan" button.
  7. Note the error message, "The payments page encountered an error. Please try again. If the problem continues, please visit help.openai.com."
  8. Click "Manage my subscription".
  9. Note that the current plan is a "ChatGPT Plus Subscription".

Expected Results:
None of the Steps to Reproduce beginning with Step 3 should have been possible.

Observed Results:
All of the Steps to Reproduce.

If it says that you have to renew plus even tho you have access to everything(and have paid in the last month). You can just say "same".

What happend to GPT-4 browsing and plugins ability to use the correct plugin and actully browse correctly without logging on google and then getting stopped by robot.txt file when i didnt even tell it to go on google?
