I've waited for 3 months to get a response to a ticket for a "terminated" business account. I'd say your chances of getting a response are right around 0 unless you post on their forum and/or make it embarrassing for them to not address your ticket.

They talk about superintelligent artificial intelligences and yet they can't make their minimalist calculator-shaped chat functional.
so anyone feel like starting a law-suit over service not provided? the problem seem to be for a lot of people and no information is coming out of them to explain, help or compensate for the service not provided
You're absolutely right, and the feeling is mutual (about the lawsuit). They don't provide any response and don't publish anything regarding the issue they are experiencing. They should let us know if they are performing maintenance on the website, or if the subscription month will be reset, or something.

I just concluded they're not going to help at all, 3 months is enough time to build a house so they should have been capable of reading a single message, so I just made another account and carried on accordingly.

I get the same thing, but only from one computer - which I mostly use when traveling or when at customer sites. I get the error "Something went wrong. If this issue persists please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com."
Of course, help.openai.com is completely useless, and does not have any contact option whatsoever.
The issue has persisted for 5+ days, but chatGPT still works on my phone and other computers.
What you said means that only a certain device can access the account. The question is, what happens when you try to log into your account using another device? Could you still log in and see a free subscription plan? Or the other devices could not simply log you in?
I can log in from all my devices: desktop, laptop, phone, and the Microsoft Surface tablet. If I submit a query from the Surface tablet, I get that message "Something went wrong. If this issue persists please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com."
If I submit a query from any other device or computer (and when logged in with the same account), chatGPT works perfectly correctly and normally, and it provides the answers that it should.

This is a precise bug, but a shame that the support team is not here to see. A shame, waste of money, time, mental health, ... whatever you think. I asked for refund (and maybe they reply when my grandson is in charge) and am moving to google bard.
It didn't work for me, I've already tried on multiple devices and nothing. I agree with you, I've actually switched to Bard today and it's working fine for my tasks. What a shame, ChatGPT4, screw you.
I stopped my VPN from starting automatically whhen Windows starts and this seems to have worked.
