Prices are per 1,000 tokens. You can think of tokens as pieces of words, where 1,000 tokens is about 750 words. This paragraph is 35 tokens.

I am using 32K tokens which only few rarely have access to.
As it's so much difficult to access and I also have to pay $0.12 with the server cost on which the API is hosted, so I guess it's fair for what you will get

You have created a mock API that uses OpenAI's own API to compete with it. This most certainly is against the policies.

You're inviting suspension along with it.

You're also using OpenAI branding to advertise your own service which...also happens to be against policies.

Also, this doesn't warrant a price difference. You still only get charged per 1k tokens, so whether you used 50 tokens or 30,000 tokens you're getting charged the same per 1k.
