I have been using chat GPT for a while now, but recently a message like this appeared and I can't access it anymore:

You do not have access to chat.openai.com.

The site owner may have set restrictions that prevent you from accessing the site.

This doesn't seem like an IP ban to me because it does the same thing from my home pc, my phone, and on any public networks, hence the IP is different. I think my account was flagged for no apparent reason. Could you, please help me with that?
