I'm trying to sign up to ChatGPTPlus today and I can't get it to accept any of my credit cards. These are cards from Bank of America, and the address is in San Francisco. Are you having an outage with your payment system?

Same but the card worked in February and doesn't work anymore in Mars. This same card also worked in Mars on other accounts though.

I tried to contact support, but it said they would be back in an hour. After 90 minutes, it said that they would answer within a day. Now, six hours later, the chat says that they would answer within a week …
That is all very frustrating

is there any difference between the address registered to your bank card and the address registered to your OpenAI account?, I saw one person say it was a single missing space in address that caused it

@fallow surge it is not related with it. Because transaction does not come to bank process for check address. Why do not looking the stripe logs ? Almost 15 days I can not use because of payment issue.
