I am having and issue where my account says I'm on a free trial but I have been paying for chat gpt plus and have even been billed. No billing history is visible on my account as well.

Same. I paid but got an error that my CVV is wrong and I still have the free plan.

I didn't get that kind of error. One month ago I had plus now it's gone. So payment was successful before.
