#Billed but no plus subscription

Same. I paid but got an error that my CVV is wrong and I still have the free plan.
I didn't get that kind of error. One month ago I had plus now it's gone. So payment was successful before.

@magic hornet i contacted two days ago with no response. Is there an expected response time or a ticket number that could be send to keep track of my inquiry?
they are super busy with all the new users it can take days, i'v seen some take a long at 7

Ahh, they have just changed things a fair bit, you can now go to https://help.openai.com and there is a section on billing issues, and you can register your issue with the help chat in the bottom right hand corner, that should get things moving 🙂
