"Does anyone know how fast the official response is? I am a paid member, but I have been without conversation history for three days now. They claim to have fixed it, but there is still no sign of my conversation history being restored. What's going on? I assure you that I have not deleted any conversations.

Logging out and logging in or deleting cookies have no effect

😭 I have written to the official support team but have received no response. Help me please

This is terrible. When will the conversation history be restored? My non-paid account has had its conversation history restored, but my paid account still does not have it

Conversation history is very important, as it contains a lot of valuable information that we can refer to. Moreover, paying users have paid for the privilege of having their rights protected. Conversation history is a fundamental aspect that should be restored, and this is something that they should be addressing. you don't understand.

I understand the value of chat history, that's not my point. I'm just telling that person that "not having this feature for 4 days or even a week doesn't mean that chatgpt is bad". If you read my comment correctly I said myself that this technology is life changing. Why do you come at me to tell me that this feature is very important

Because it's not just the chat history that's missing, I'm also unable to open new chat windows, and it's really bothering me.

I hope everything goes smoothly for you too. You can try contacting support@openai.com to see if they can help, even though your previous attempt failed. It's worth a try.

you can try these steps:

Log out of all devices: Please ensure you have logged off from every device connected to your account. Once done, log back in.
Disable VPNs and proxies: Ensure that all VPN and proxy connections are disabled on your devices.
Disable problematic extensions: Check for any unnecessary browser extensions that could be causing issues and disable them. Please note that some antivirus software may interfere with your connection, so consider deactivating them temporarily.
Firewalls: If you are using a work or school network with a firewall in place, try switching to a mobile data connection or using your cellphone as a hotspot.

I'm having the same issue. for 3 days no chat history. It seems other people not on paid accounts have been able to preserve their chat history.
