On February 11th, I subscribed to the ChatGPTPlus service with the email address. However, my account was inexplicably frozen. Despite this, I was still charged for the service on March 11th. Currently, I am unable to log in to my account and receive an error message saying that it has been terminated. Could you please advise me on how to cancel my subscription?

Now what we need to do is figure out how to get them to stop charging us since we can't use the service properly anymore. It's unreasonable to keep charging us. I sent an email yesterday as well, but haven't received a response.
