I create new account in Feb, but for these days, it shows 0/0

This may have happened if you used your phone number again on another account, or if you have used your phone number in the past to previously register for OpenAI, it won't give you trial credits.

There is no way to get more credits currently, you have to upgrade to a paid account and pay for your usage to continue
