Bug Report:
Steps to reproduce:
- Log in to chat.openai.com
- Click the "Upgrade plan" button on the sidebar
- Fill out the form with my details
- Fill out my credit card information (which work everywhere else).
- Click on the "Subscribe" button
Expected result:
Payment is processed successfully and the subscription is upgraded.
Actual result:
Payment is declined and I get stuck on the checkout page.
There's the following error message bellow my card details: "Your card has been refused. Please try again with another card."Additional information
Browser: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox
OS: macOS Big Sur
Card tried: Visa (2x), Mastercard (3x), Revolut (2x)Notes
I've tried with different cards from different provider and banks but I always get the same error
I'm located in europe
I tried with different phone numbers
I tried with different addresses
I tried with a VPN set in the US
I tried with different billing and shipping address
(reaction) from people that have the same issue.
