No matter the browser, or how many times I clear my cache/cookies, I get this message on my Macbook -- "An error occurred. If this issue persists please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com."
However, it works just fine on my iphone, using the same email/account. Can anyone please guide me to resolving this issue?
