#Breakdown of Trans, Non-Binary, etc.

Trans as a general concept refers to any time your gender is not in alignment with that which has been assigned to you. There can be some funky edge-cases that are debated and contested, so let's not worry about those since for now there's no real consensus. I will be simplifying this because even with a mod directing me here, it feels weird for me to be talking about this in an AI server.

But trans can include binary trans people (their gender identity aligns with that typical of the opposite sex) and nonbinary trans people (their gender identity aligns with a role not associated with either sex). Agender refers to a type of nonbinary who associates with no concept of gender. This can be because of apathy or it can be due to having none of the intrinsic feelings associated to gender.

There are some nonbinary people who do not identify as trans, and this can be for a variety of reasons that are unique to each individual and personal and it is best to just respect that.

There's also gender non-conformance which, while common for nonbinaries, is not inherently connected to being nonbinary. You can be cis and gender-nonconforming... Typically effeminate boys or tomboy girls. This is unique from being nonbinary, though again, it's a complex subject.

That should at least be a decent primer based on the confusion I saw from people? If you have questions, just ask.

Thanks for the explanation.

No problem! I hope I didn't come across too rude either here or in chatgpt-discussions! 🙂

  1. Your God is not my God.
  2. My God has no problem with it and actually opposes making people feel bad for things they can't control.
  3. Trans women are women. Trans men are men. There are people like myself who are neither.
  4. If you want what's best for people, you wouldn't tell trans people to go back into the closet nor promote oppressive values.
  5. Even Islam has a history of recognizing trans people.

We are different, you and I. But one of us lives to promote the lives and well-being of others and the other lives to harm others. Allah would cry tears over you that you've strayed from his path. Hoşçakal.

Do you also need a source for cis women are women and cis men are men? It's in the terms. "Trans man" -> "man". "Trans woman" -> "woman".
However, I'm not here to fight for the validity of my brothers and sisters existence, nor am I here to fight for my own validity. This was made because of a conversation that was had in chatgpt-discussions and exists to answer questions and confusions some people had in good faith.
I wish you the best, but I'm not going to demean myself nor others by humoring such a bad faith question.

Also worth noting I repeatedly tried to pull the topic off of it because wrong setting for the convo then when I said I'd like to explain since people seemed to have questions but there's not really a spot to do so, a mod said I could give the elaboration here. So I did.

Reword the following: "Building and construction experience refers to the hands-on knowledge and skills gained through working on building and construction projects. This includes the ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering plans, knowledge of building codes and regulations, experience with various construction techniques and materials, and familiarity with tools and equipment used in the construction process. Building and construction experience can also include knowledge of project management, scheduling, cost estimating, and safety practices. The experience may be gained by working as a construction worker, foreman, supervisor, or contractor, and can also be obtained through education and training programs in the field."
