This issue is frustrating the hell out of me
As soon as I signed up for ChatGPT Plus, it stopped working. This morning, I see Default PLUS (The standard (Plus) ChatGPT model) and Turbo PLUS (Optimized for speed (alpha) in the dropdown menu. Both options are not working. But a different account without subscription is working fine.
Yes, this is happening to me also. The problem seems to be associated with previous conversations I have. If I start a new chat, it seems to work. If I try to add to an existing chat, it errors out.
Hi guys. I'm new to this channel and came on hoping to find answers as I too am having this issue. Ever since I signed up I can't use the program on my computer. I can on my phone, however. I've gone though the suggested steps to stop other apps, extensions, clear my cache, etc. I even tried to create a new account and use different browsers, all with the same result. If the powers that be or someone can respond with a fix, I would greatly, greatly appreciate it!
<@&1007805617555124274> I'm a Plus user and long code responses stop halfway through. I can sometimes coax it to give me the rest in the next prompt, but it would be nice if it could complete an entire code response in one shot. Still pretty impressive stuff though, and as an experienced developer, it's allowed me to quickly move into languages and codebases that I've never worked in before and be relatively productive without a huge learning curve in most cases. Also, simple creative compositions and poetry and lyric-writing is where ChatGPT Plus seems to excel immediately. VERY fast, and usually on-the-nose, high-quality responses in many creative arenas. I just wish code responses (like a simple 200 line WP plugin) would actually be able to be pushed-out in one response. I'm working on better ways to break things up with prompts, but still get the whole thing fairly simply even if in parts. (So far, so good. Not perfect, but very useful and effective when used properly.) Lastly, code responses only appear in an actual code window about 70% of the time, and sometimes it goes back and forth between code window and no code window in a single code response. A little weird, but still valuable. NOW GIVE ME MY LONGER RESPONSES FOR OUTPUTTING CODE! LOL

Hello everyone, my name is Guillermo and I'm from Mexico. On March 15th, I purchased the ChatGPT Plus subscription, asked some questions, then closed the tab. When I tried to log back in, it didn't recognize me as a Plus user anymore. I tried logging in again and clearing my browser cache, but it didn't work. I've tried to contact support through the email help that was sent to me, as well as the email support@openai.com, but I haven't received a response yet. Does anyone know of any other way to contact them? Thank you!

I think developers are badly overrun by the requests and the site is kinda shutting down for the funniest reasons. At least if it's not by intent. So yes did have the message too. Yet... while the 'access denied' message partly seems to come from location restrictions partly - so I've witnessed VPNs with asian/US redirection not being blocked, while EU is i.e. - the end result remains the same. You can get through to the chat interface with non-EU IP, but you still don't get a response, so I think it's a dead end. Needs more research however, so feel free to try yourself. ~
are you using a VPN ? because since I started to often connect/deconnect from a VPN located 300km from my location, i find to have this problem on a more regular basis
I am getting the same message - "Something went wrong. If this issue persists please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com." And I get it whether I use GPT4 or 3.5. This is accompanied by a message on the bottom of the screen saying "There was an error generating a response".

I've cleared my cache and browsing data and I still can't login. I keep getting this message: "This phone number is already linked to the maximum number of accounts.” I waited 24 hours to login again, tried launching an incognito window, tried different browsers and I still keep getting the same message. Clear cookies, browsing history, turn VPN on and off, refresh page, try other browsers, but I can't use the service with my account. there is a problem with my account, what can I do?
I receive this error as well when logging in from work computer. Error only happens sporadically on both Chrome and Edge. I have cleared cache/cookies -- which only SOMETIMES fixes the problem.

I've been encountering persistent errors with the Chat GPT app for weeks now. Initially, conversations wouldn't load, and I had to constantly log out and back in. Even after upgrading to premium, I'm now being logged out every 30 seconds, which is incredibly frustrating as a paying customer. Can you please look into this and provide a solution? There is nothing mentioned about this on the help, and this notice says to try wait a while but again, it has been well over a week. The error message itself doesn't show, I am just being logged out. I can provide a screenshot of that but tis not helpful, it's just the login screen. I can reproduce it just being being on the screen.
For some reason Chat now seems to be trucating my prompt. Its based on a lengthy set of rules, appended with the reference text body that needs to be processed. It looks like its now seeing only 50% of the prompt. I asked her to confirm the last sentance she received in the prompt, and the sentance confirmed is essentially half way through the prompt. Anyone else having issues all of a sudden with lengthy prompts? Have they changed anything in the last few hours?

My messages kept disappearing, as in, the options to enter the chats themselves would show up, but if I entered them to try and continue the conversation, the conversation would appear blank, not even loading for a long time, just flat out gone, if I log out and back in, the show back up, but only for moments before they are gone once more, forgive me if I am doing something horribly wrong right now, but I know nothing about this and only came onto the discord to try and solve this issue, can someone with experience please try to help me.
