It's done it for me in the past, even giving me exact instructions on how to share a larger file size than what can be typed in gpt itself but now it says it can't do that. I missed your reply - no, the feature request is for when there is no outage but an overload of servers. So when I get access as a plus user - I cant see that just like the plains that returned after beeing shot at have holes where beeing hit does not prevent returning.

Feature request: As a plus user I usually only see major outages and not overloads. In order to have a warm and fuzzy feeling about how lucky I am to be subscribed I would like to have a load indicator while using chat gpt so that I feel good about myself when I am treated to special high load access due to my subscription.

So as a plus user I want to know when my subscription made an access difference.

since GPT 4 has been out, I've seen the limit go from 100 every 4 hours to 50 every 3 hours and last I aw that was 30. clearly its having issues with throughput

Chatgpt is experiencing a major security issue. Due to some faulty programming, some people are able to see other people’s chat history.
