I'm always surprised when people comment negatively that chatGPT doesn't give a 'correct' answer. I don't see anywhere in documentation or FAQs that it's meant to be correct or true in fact they are clear about it hallucinating info and so on.

there is no chatGPT API, but there is the GPT-3 API which is pretty much the same thing, plenty of people use it to make bots

there are ways to make FAQ chat bots, we even have one here made by using embeddings to detect the question and select a reply

Probably around 30? I never hit the limit before. I eventually upgraded to a pro plan so I dunno for sure but I used to do about 20 queries per day before.

It's possible that you will get timeout sooner if you're doing very big queries. My queries are small, like 100 tokens or less. If you ask it for 4000 tokens it will be hard for the AI.
