Yesterday I had it develop a javascript function for me that took some processing to create (recognizing patterns, largeish dataset) and it worked, but now I get the too many requests over an hour thing frequently, or it refuses to do things it was doing previously.

I'm kind of having a really big issue here:

When I was using DALL·E 2, I gave a prompt that was flagged for using one of the banned words (I didn't use it in a way that would violate the content policies). For some reason, one of the images the AI returned was kind of inappropriate (I assume it was a mistake, because my prompt was not inappropriate in any way). I really didn't want this in my history, so I requested my account to be deleted.

Four days later, my account was deactivated, and logging into DALL·E 2 informed me that I had violated the content policies. This was very confusing, as I had requested my account to be deleted, not deactivated (I am very sure about this). Plus, I never received an email or text telling me my account was deactivated, so I am inclined to believe this was some sort of mistake, especially since it took four days, and this was the ONLY flag I ever received. The thought of my account being banned kind of bothers me, so I messaged the OpenAI Help Center, but I didn't get a reply, after about a day (and I think they have a habit of not replying), so I cleared my cookies so the message would go away from my end (I was logged out, so it was stored on my browser).

What I'm wondering is, did my account get deleted as I requested (and the error message is incorrect), or should I reach out to OpenAI again to get my account reactivated (I still want my account, and I would like it back if they could delete my DALL·E 2 history). Thanks for reading.
