Sorry if this isnt the right channel to ask this sort of thing, but Ive been experiencing an issue for the past couple months thats been preventing me from using DALL-E (at least conveniently). I received some pointers from someone at OpenAI through the Chat function but was curious if anyone has ever had a similar issue to what I'm experiencing as a last resort I guess

Right now when I load images on DALL-E while connected to any device, the images do not load and Im unable to do anything on the app

When I connect to LTE/cellular, it seems to work fine and is able to load my History + generate new images-- so obviously something is up when connecting to my internet... but my internet is very up-to-date so I dont know why these issues could be happening
