It returns some good stuff but its hardly complete and I'd never suggest directly using what it provides.

This would require a lot of time to explain.. at a high level it has a lot of data behind it and the ML engine has learned how to form various content based on subject's its aware of. Much of this is canned common knowledge (it doesn't really generate anything new) but how it puts it together in a conversation style format (or narrative format) is unique to the bot itself.

If I were looking for a simple assistant to chat with, Google Assistant is already available for that.
