Are they logging individual interactions and pouring through them by hand for any reason? Probably not honestly. There are thousands of requests across millions of users. If you do care about your personal privacy in general though I recommend using a VPN and not signing up for any website with your personal email address

If I had to guess the only ones humans look at are the entries manually flagged by users as being incorrectly categorized or given a thumbs down (though it's possible a thumbs down doesn't even get reviewed but instead just feeds the algorithm)

All that said: it's best to assume as a user that a human can look at anything in there, and probably who wrote it.
