Yeah especially after having a huge discount event so lots of people used all of their coins during that and due to how little time there is it’s pretty much impossible to reach the required amount without spending money or having 9k bucks on you

Agreed on that. Especially when the price to admission for anyone who spent their coins last week (which was probably most people) is equal to $50 irl minimum
If it was in the range of 10-100k, then it would be a sizable amount fairer. 100k is easier to tackle due to how often the $20 bundles run and isn't too egregious. Anything under that is pretty accessible across the board with how much can be earned from daily stuff.

The developers did this so that people would buy coins with real money. Don’t treat this community event as an event that wasn’t thought out properly.
It very much was a deliberate thing and if anyone goes and spends money on coins you’re only going to encourage repeated scams.

I already pay VIP though I feel about as valuable as the next player. This event is gross and timed badly. The only feedback they want from this is, if you don't pay, you get nothing.

I need 230k more. 100k from hard cash, 30k from drops, 50k I already have, some amount from isla, plus arena grinding and campaign. It all depends on those last two.
This was me getting lucky with almost 50k in the tournament point rollover, grinding the arena already, making out drops, getting level up rewards, and focusing down the coins on isla.
