Maybe, but what's stopping people from naming every creature the N-word or something else inappropriate
They would probably need a filter, which wouldnt go too well considering the alliance chat filter doesnt like the word "Deinotops" even though that's literally a creature in the game
It also doesnt like the word "health" which I find hilarous
