It's already changed. Happened when the time changed last Sunday night.

Well it hasn't changed for me because now I have to wait an hour longer to be able to do the daily missions

it's all year long at the same time, and it has been like this since at least covid if not since the beginning, the map resets at 15:00 UTC and the event supply drops and supply drops reset at 0:00 UTC

and UTC doesn't do daylight savings. So if where you live does, you have a different time for everything when DST is in effect vs when it isn't.
