You're prolly going to have to email support to have them do something. The only type of login that works for both android and apple is through fb... apple has game center, which android doesn't have; and android uses Google, which apple doesn't....
Then I'm done because I just log into Game Center and set up my email on my Android. I copy all my data from iPhone to my Samsung. Still doesn't work but thanks, I'll do that!
