Ludia... hear me out...

Every game I have played (Dauntless, Destiny 2, Fortnite, PoGo, etc.) has a dress up activity. The game creators sell cosmetics hand over fist. Social Media groups (or Alliance pages) host fashion shows for players to compete in. It is a whole nother game inside a game.

Implement a dress up and show off aspect to the game, sell cosmetics, make money.

I bet a ton of players would pay $ to have a customizable avatar and a buddy dino they can put in a matching ugly sweater.

Then stop selling us required DNA.

You don't even have to make the avatar fully customizable (hair, eyes, skin tone, etc). Just sell us an Owen and a Claire (in a dress suit and heels, of course, we're hunting dinos here). Add in other beloved characters. Then sell shirts, shoes, back bling, customizable drones, a Spider Rex costume for Buck...

So are you suggesting they add an avatar for each player with custom cosmetics that people can buy?

Pretty much. Ludia needs to make money. A large majority of players (on here at least) hate them making $ selling exclusive DNA. Everyone hates P2W.

This would create a steady revenue source that has no bearing on getting ahead in the game.

Good idea but doubt it would ever be added. From the last update we saw JC is too lazy to make good balance changes, so they’re probably too lazy to program this into the game 🤣

And, NO, a Spider Rex skin for Buck would not give him spider senses or web slinging abilities.
