Hi all! I got the premium pass this morning, got the apple receipt and charge to my card but didn’t receive the pass. I’ve contacted support gave my support key and showed the receipt but haven’t heard anything back or received the pass.. has anyone ever had this happen before?

I can’t even buy the pass, I’m unable to complete the transaction at this time. I tried both PayPal and my card but still can’t get pass, maybe something wrong with pass?

Heyo, it can take up to 48 hours before you get an answer (but it usually dosen't take that long), so all you can do for now is wait

We performed an investigation and there was an issue on Apple's end when validating the transaction. Apple is not generating a receipt and when it's the game's turn to analyze and validate the receipt, the verification process fails.

(That's why on most occasions, a message will pop-up saying that the purchase needs to be validated first)
