GPS less map has had nothing all day

My account has its GPS location in São Paulo and it’s been a blank map all day. No creatures, no events. My second account has GPS location in Los Angeles and is working just fine. Even reinstalled the game on one device, and still have the blank map.

It’s Rio de Janeiro, not São Paulo, Discord won’t let me correct my post

Yesterday, being a few kilometers from home, I opened the game, and this is how the map appeared, one part empty, and the other part normal. Of course, it was about 200-300 meters where there were dinos and assault towers, then further away, everything was empty again
