I don't get it, this tournament was meant to be a skilled one but somehow it still manages to be an advantage one, like yeah Omegas are cool but what do you except from a Tenonto against a 2200 dmg Yuti with priority 4K HP 117 speed and really high crit rates ?
This is a an exemple of what I always encounter with a team full of rare
This one was pretty much okay
But the other dinos...
Like why could a megalovania have 3.5K HP aswell as high speed/crit rates and 2K dmg ?

This post scares me, common and rare tornys is just iguanadon and the occasional plateo, epic is just gigantspino, and legendary is mainly doe and the others

Iguan can kill rexy, and has no counters till epics, epics had gigantspino which can very well wreck, legendarys there's doe, which if you can manage to take down, there's rexy, PB, buck, paras lux, etc that can do almost as much

In advantage both ways suck, but in skill, you almost have free range
(Of course you have the moves, but doe is pay to level, gigant and iguan are better at least but still it's luck of the dice if you get it or not)

Because getting folded because your dino can't even dmg the other one is just unfair for me

I want both to be fixed (nerf doe, gigant, and the 2 oppressive commons, and work omegas right) but I think at this point no omegas should be saved for uniques and up (which that last rare without it scares me, especially after personally sweeping a team of fierce high level rares with a lv 15 iguan)

I do agree, omegas should unlock all moves and follow a preset in skilled
It is sad that they are needed to keep iguan, doe, gigant at bay

I think it should be something more "ocasional"
Because yeah, only letting Omegas in upper tiers isn't a good thing and I agree
But letting them rule the lower ones isn't something good too
I feel like they should do some special tournament where Omegas can be used with "advantage" condition
But most of the time it should be a preset to give every player a chance

When you learn how to counter these 2 it become pretty easy
I'm a VGC player (Pokemon format) and I have the habitude to learn to counter most of the things I encounter after 1 or 2 times against them
But yeah I can see where is the problem in my post, I should have been more precise about that so my bad !

Getting level 6 omegas isn’t hard at all. Sure you won’t have the best TPs but you should still do decent. This tourney isn’t as bad as everyone thought

I just think that having the possibility of overall better moveset/stats than others isn't something that would normally be in a skilled tournament

Scratch that, I think iguan is able to be beat by plateo, but that's it
