just happened with albertospinos raid as well... well, we were able to FINALLY rejoin after multiple restarts, we all missed an entire round, no idea how many turns, but multiple restarts to get it to work...
Bugged Raids
@inland vault this is also happened with my group in Apex Pteranokyrie as well. As soon as round one ended (using all thylos) the game completely froze for all of us- after multiple restarts was able to get back in in round 3- missing a whole round and 2 dinos being killed in the process

Same here, not fun especially introduction omega raids later, this has to be fixed soon as well as missing dna from raids as compensation.
Just another player reporting in that you broke raids.

You'd think this sort of thing would be caught by playtesting your updates, but I'm sure Ludia definitely does that, right?

Hey I found it has to do with number of turns you play. Albertospinus need One Turn R1 then it freezes for R2 and you only get back somewhen in R3 to see yourself dying. Play 2 turns in R1 and you have no problem to finish the Raid. Also, did Imperato with just 1 turn each round and raid went smoothly.
This is interesting. We froze on kyrie if it was one turn in round 1, but two turns round 1 went fine
I'm sorry to hear about this issue everyone. Can anyone confirm whether it's still happening? The team is investigating.
I just did imperatosuchus a bit ago no issues, though one of the people I paired with has some freezing and had to relog in
Tell the team to try Albertospinus and finishing round 1 with one turn only. If it does not freeze it may be ok, if it does we need a fix and I guess for all raids, since others seem to have the freezing issues too 😘

I am wondering if it happens when a minion is still is alive at the end of a round when all most moves are targeting this boss and not the minions

Hello, this is also affecting the Isla bosses.
Just froze on the Isla Blue Boss and had to reload multiple times to finish it!
Just happened again at the end of round 2 in Alacranix raid
Ok- from all of these glitches i am almost certain it happens when a minion is left alive at the end of a round
Remember they messed with raids to make the minions show their moves again- so they aren’t ghost minions anymore. I think that’s where it broke.

Just did a longer strategy where minions all died at the end of round 1 or 2 in alacranix and there was no glitch. Anyone else having similar experiences with my theory?
Also just happened at the end of round 2 Cera (again minions didn’t die)

Still happening, if the boss dies before the minions, you’re frozen till it times out
i believe that was an actual fix for the bleed bug that's been around. now i think it only does round hp, not total - which honestly, is the way it should be... goodbye short strats. 😢
If raids weren't stupidly long to get through them all I wouldn't mind. The fact that we need to allocate 45+ minutes per day to knock out all raids does bother me.. these developers expect us to wasn't too watch these ridiculously long animations-- and for what?
oh, i absolutely will miss the bleed bug, and i think the affliction resist should be removed from most bosses now, since that was put in place to prevent all the super short apex strats 1-2 turns with affliction and bleed...
but will they remember that? nope...
Those were the days of one shotting all bosses with common bleeders 😂 But for real- they need to remove the added affliction from back then- I agree.
However about this current bigger raid issue with it freezing and locking everyone out if the boss HP goes to zero in an early round but a minion is still alive due to attacks focused on the boss… any word for the team?
No definitely not.
It happened to me through an isla boss
It's just random.
So frustrating. I’ve had it happen several times in raids but only when a minion is left alive. I am holding off on doing Isla for now so that hopefully it gets straightened out.
We were able to reproduce it freezing up when leaving a minion alive but finishing the boss to go to the next round with Ceramagnus and Alacranix. No issues after taking out minions with a longer strat.
Does that fully explain everything though? People have been reporting isla bosses freezing too, and if memory serves they don't have minions.
I have only heard of it happening once during an Isla boss. So whether or not that is the same glitch who knows (or some additional new glitch they experienced). But as far as raids go I have done multiple raid tests and it has been repeatable and reproducible when there is a minion left alive at the end of an early round when the boss health goes to zero- it freezes between rounds.
Yup, raids with minions freezing at a round transition if a minion is still alive.

Ran all the raids today except for hadros lux, for some reason it was freezing at the end of round 2 every time (second turn all in all)...
