To the JWA team,
Thank you for the updates and clarifications provided in the community note announcement posted earlier today. We appreciate the effort to communicate with your player base with transparency about issues affecting the game and things the team is working on improving. However, there is one major complaint about the current state of the game that I was hoping you would touch on, which is arguably the most pressing issue at the moment. The raid invitation bug has been in the game for many months now. While support has assured concerned players time and time again that the team is looking into it, there has been no attempt at a fix for this issue. The raid invitation bug affects almost everyone I know who plays this game including most of my alliance. If it doesn’t affect your game specifically, it still affects your ability to invite other players online to a raid you’re hosting. It doesn’t matter whether invites are sent from IOS or Android devices, or to IOS or Android devices. We’ve tried everything, and there are still players who can’t see any raid invites unless they restart their game every single time. It often takes us ten minutes just to get everyone in a lobby because of this bug, and if the raid ends up timing out then it’s another 5-10 minutes of inviting and restarting. It’s extremely frustrating and often makes running raids feel like a waste of time. An issue that is severely impacting our ability to raid should be a high priority over lesser visual bugs that were addressed in the community note. Please, please, have the team address this issue and let your community know that you are working to fix it. Thank you.

They've acknowledged it in the past, and confirmed they're still investigating. They most likely made no mention as there's no progress on it. I can assure you this is not something they're just ignoring and will only communicate on it when there's actually new developments to communicate on
This is a call for updated communication regarding this issue. An issue of this magnitude should be addressed in the community note if they are working to fix it, regardless of progress.
"Hey guys, we've made no progress on the issue but we're still investigating!"
You really think just writing that will satisfy people?
Anyways, I get your point. But I have faith they'll fix it eventually. Just gotta be patient
