Problem with purchase items in game store

Game isn’t allowing me buy anything with real money (Pass , incubators…) Not credit card problem. What should I do?

I used to have a problem when buying something: it wouldn’t prompt the option to pay when selecting an item on the shop. I needed to delete the app and reinstall it to be able to pay (iOS)

Exactly this. When I select something to buy, game start loading and the option to pay doesn’t appear. I have tried buy the pass last month, failed; and this inc last week but failed too.

The game just started loading and couldn’t pay.

It gave you this screen? Just loading correct? I have had the same trouble.

We try to spend money and as soon as you hit purchase it goes to a loading screen. But never goes any further than that. I have to exit out the game to reset the error.
