Good news. I got an epic incubator from support today. I am pleasantly surprised they sent out the reward in just a few days time of my support ticket being open. Hopefully everyone in here who had issues receiving the epic incubator will be able to get compensated as well. I would advise people to submit a support ticket in-game as it was very easy to do.
Did mine yesterday. No rewards yet tho.
I received an epic inc in the mail today from support for both accounts. Didn’t take them long at all
