Same problem you’ll see other threads if it’s getting initially to 9/10/30 then stuck and goes to 1/30

Same problem on iOS. Deleted the app and reinstalled but no go. Also reset network settings not helping. I even installed on other iOS device and same error.

I've tried reinstalling, clearing the cache and stopping the app. Nothing has worked.

My internet is working, so this is clearly an issue on Jamcity/Ludia's end.

Really bummed out that I still can't get in. I've now missed all of yesterday's strike towers rewards. I have a special timed task I was working on where I need to win 10 tournament battles to get a reward of 200 panthera DNA +something else as well. I had not yet completed the Isla event nor darted the daily special dinos. I have always paid the $10 a month to have vip for all the extra coins and rewards it offers. I always complete my daily tasks, max out supply drop rewards each day, max out on darting the special daily dinos when they are rare or above, and coin chase boxes every weekend. Am I going to be compensated for all the things I am losing out on?

I’ve never missed a day of jwa since the beginning except I think one other time with a jwa bug so this last nearly 24 hrs and on a tourney time too is 😭

the game just froze and quit on me in the middle of a Gorgo raid. Now it won’t reboot at all. Freezes on step 1 and asks for my Apple login every time.

Is there going to be any global compensation for every player since I’m sure numerous teams had people locked out and couldn’t enter the tournament? So their lock out potentially hurts the other X amount of players in the alliance from reaching the next ranked incubator at the end of the championship and potentially also hurt people from reaching the next tier in their alliance missions too. These lock out issues are a pretty big deal and I believe the players should have some compensation for their accounts who were locked out missing a lot personally, but also their alliances for the reasons stated above.

I have the same issue, been over 7 days without being able to log in.
Have sent 2 tickets, and only gotten the standarized response that the issue is fixed and compensation sent to ingame mailbox.
Any updates on when it will be fixed?
