Dear JWA Developers,

I am writing to express my deep concern and frustration as a dedicated player of JWA. I have been a devoted fan of your game since march 2018, but the current state of the game, the persistence of critical bugs, and the apparent lack of consideration for player feedback have led me to write this letter.

It has become increasingly apparent that there are fundamental issues affecting the player experience. The gaming community for JWA is passionate and committed, yet the state of the game is not reflecting the level of care and attention we expect.

The key areas of concern are as follows:

1. Bug Fixes: There are numerous bugs, glitches, and issues within the game that have remained unresolved for extended periods. These issues are not minor inconveniences; they significantly impact the gameplay experience, causing frustration and disillusionment among your player base.

2. Communication: Effective communication between the development team and the player community is essential. The lack of transparency regarding ongoing development, upcoming patches, and responses to player feedback is a source of frustration. We need more open and consistent communication to reestablish trust and confidence in your team.

3. Player Feedback: Your player base is a valuable resource for improving the game. Ignoring this feedback means missed opportunities for enhancement. We strongly urge you to actively engage with the community and take our insights and suggestions into account in the development process.

We hope that you will take these concerns seriously and make the necessary changes to ensure that JWA becomes a more enjoyable and fulfilling experience for your loyal players again. We look forward to seeing the game thrive and your development team embracing a more player-centric approach.

Thank you for your attention to these matters, and we eagerly anticipate positive improvements to restore the faith of your player community in the game we all love.

Sincerely,

iTurboKen

I truly believe most players agree with this post. Your attention should be focused on fixing the problems/bugs/glitches than launching new omegas, with no communication on spawn zone, dart limits. With the increasing number of omegas released, it’s so ridiculous that the darting limit remained the same. At this point no one cares about omegas. You may have small group of players paying for omegas but I assure you there are more players quitting the game. If this continues, the game will die.

100% correct. Omegas have just been such a bad idea! Bring back the joy of hunting and fusing.

Please ban me too if you ban Ken. If you’re not going to do anything to fix the “quality” (generous word there) of content, communication or anything else players want, then just save the player base some time close down the game. As a Canadian, I’m upset this is what our studios make… as a player since early 2019 who’s taken a sabbatical and recently come back, I’m dumbfounded by the amount of improvements, and not in a good way. If toxic moderation instead of service is all you can offer, I’ll be banned. If this company has anything other than greed in exchange for the bare minimum on their mind, they’ll begin communication with an apology to people like the OP. I know this is a franchise based on disaster, but unless you’re having to teach actual velociraptors to type up the code, theres little excuse for some of these ongoing failures which you’ve delivered on silver platters to the player base.
