If it fuses into a apex, its only 2 fuses, if it doesn't it is more of a level up, plus its less then tornys give
I can say, please scale with level
It also takes about a year to Finnish the current selection before its unlocked

Thats part of the problem, there has never been a way to choose any unique dna without fusion, itd be too op if otherwise
