I have learned that applying logic to entertainment (games / movies films series) does not work most of the time. And that is not necessarily a bad thing as entertainment exists to make us chill as long as that purpose is fulfilled then logic does not really matter.

A little creative artistic licence will be always needed in creating games, incase of licensed games, at the same time still respecting source material

For example scientifically and logically the theory behind Jurassic park that makes cloning dinosaurs into reality is not compatible with real world science so are a lot of other sci fic movies (how all the marvel heroes got their powers and so on)
And if really pursuing logic basically all sci fic movies and games are out leaving only comedy, dramas, action movies and a few more.
They should just follow the class system, in reality cunnings would do nothing useful and the top tiers would all be sauropods

If I read you correctly it means for example in movies like fast and furious certain impact / clash / stunts would have resulted in instant casualty and death in real life but the plot armor makes the protagonist shake it off as though it is nothing / just a minor scratch)

Yes that's what I mean entertainment exists to entertain us not to fit into logic and real world science.
They might come up with some interesting theory that seems to fit in with real life but in actuality it does not match but as stated not necessarily a bad thing just to act as entertainment / create a story or plot.
