So how’s that “Enhancements meant to weaken the power creep” going?

Not calling any particular player out, because I’m certainly guilty of putting enhancements on my Parasauthops, but I’m really curious as to what the thought process was when these (as in, the idea of Enhancements itself) were implemented.

Because, uh, bridging the power creep gap by widening it sure was a bold strategy.

Obviously more ways to kill gem, kyrie and bluewolf. Doesnt take into account the nigh unkillable tmets and atrocids because apparently dilorach and rexy were way bigger problems

The only way enhancements changed powercreep at all was giving whales 2 new gem killers to destabilize it in shores but other than that they make it far worse

They also forgot tournament metas exist (rexy is mostly a tournament problem)
Unless they also plan to "fix" tournaments by implementing tier 5 pulmonos, dimodacts and atroci pantheras

I'm happy that enhancements are only for uniques really, if others had them advantage tournaments would be awful and the apexes would be still on top

I can only imagine what t5 gem and kyrie would unleash on the arena

Id prob be gone the moment enhancements on half your team are required to maintain a consistent trophy count in aviary

I don't think that will ever happen but gyro and shores will be much harder to get to

I feel like if it isn't already shores will soon be a paid only arena because it's impossible to hold on and constantly have the new meta max enhanced and boosted within a month

Being in shores feels like bragging rights than ig progress tbh. The only rewards worth being that high is the seasonal and even if its a component for the op meta breaker thats 1 month of being handicapped rather than dumping stegod knows how much loot into the shop

I'm lucky I was able to just barely scrape up 6000 points before deus and all that came so now I can at least say I made it there ftp

I honestly couldve tried back then but ever since max spinocon couldnt kill underleveled flocks like allorod i ditched it all together

I got sick of aviary's background for a while but ever since isla events were added i can clearly state i prefer aviary's background over the sunset lmao

there was a short window of opportunity when raids were launched when you could reach shores fairly easily as a f2p but that is no longer the case, nublar shores is now a p2w reserved arena

I'd say pre rexy was the best time to make it to shores for free although I did end up getting there after that

I think indonemys probably helped with that a lot

Though i dont mind rexy and thylacon making raids shorter than they used to even gemgod is stupid good for fast raids unlike kyrie and dsunga ill give it props for that

haven't seen strats with geminideus, finally got my geminideus to level 30 a couple of days ago on the account with a level 30 geminititan, got it to level 30 on day 1 on the other account with a level 25 geminititan

geminideus makes flocks almost bearable

just miss an on escape group resilient devastation

to punish those damned flocks

Gem isnt used for fast strats but ive raided with ones bigger than mine that make autofill usually around 6 turns

i stay far far far away from autofills, waste enough time every day in the arena

Theyre more bearable nowadays with the amount of new stuff powercreeping bosses lol but get caught in a raid with bad connection youre better off closing your screen
